What is not working exactly if you were able to either bridge or use the DMZ/IP Pass-thru method on your modem?
Either of these methods will work with Orbi to keep orbi in router mode.
Did you power OFF the modem and Orbi RBR after making changes?
Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update?

Please give AP mode a try.
Devil000 wrote:Hey,
I have tried all of the above apart from the AP Mode settings in your last message as my setup used to work really well so not sure why it would stop now.
Still have issues, hoping there will be a firmware release soon to resolve these issues. Is there any way to chat to Netgear?
Thanks

Will check the bridge / DMZ setup tomorrow.
Everything was rebooted after changes and a full factory reset has been done since going to latest firmware.
Thanks

Why do you insist on taking these folks down rabbit holes knowing that nothing has changed but the firmware is now V2.5.0.38.
Stop wasting peoples time.
