Netgear Orbi RBR20 not connecting with Google Chromcast Ultra

Hello

Chromcast and Google Home both not connecting to Netgear wi-fi network. However, both the devices are connecting to the ISP network ( Fibre router from Airtel)

 

Please share solution to connect to Netgear Orbi network. Customer support has not been able to provide a solution to this

    Impossible to tell with so little information. What happens when you try?

     

    "Not connecting" could mean anything.
