Netgear Orbi RBR50 not visible to Fujitsu ScanSnap ix1600

    Maybe I have a solution, or at least it worked for me

    I had the same problem as all of you, my is ORBI RBR50 with a satellite Firmware V2.7.4.24 and Scasnap iX1600 with the latest firmware version available I don't know the version.

    Here is the my solution.
    In Advanced Setup -> Wireless Setting -> Advanced Wireless Settings (2.4GHz b/g/n)
    I unchecked (disabled) , "Enable WMM (Wi-Fi multimedia) settings"
    "Enable 20/40 MHz Coexistence" was already unchecked (disabled) from the start.
    I haven't touched the other settings:
    CTS/RTS Threshold 2347
    Preamble Mode "Short Preamble"
    Transmit Power Control "100%"

    It worked for me, in the sense that as soon as I unchecked (disabled) "Enable WMM (Wi-Fi multimedia) settings" the scansnap finally connected to the router.

Hi - I have had exactly the same issue with the scan snap ix1600. My home network is orbi and the scansnap can't see it at all. I took the scanner to work which is Apple extreme and it works. Not sure if that means it's the orbi that's the problem ?
