netgear orbi satellite offline in AP mode

Hi,

 

I purchased a netgear Orbi system RBK20.

 

I configured as AP, and it was ok.

 

I switched-off the satellite for two weeks, and when I come back, I switched it on again, but it does not connect to router (purple light always on).

 

I tried to configure the system as router and it works properly again.

 

But when I try to configure as AP satellite's light is always purple and it compares in offline state.

 

Please could you help me? I'm getting crazy to find a solution. Before my vacation the system worked perfectly!

    I would factory reset the satellite and re-pair.
