The original Netgear 60W, 19V, 3.16A power supply (as it's coming with e.g. the EU, UK, and AU market) 332-10631-01 Model: AD2003F10 Type: 007LF is coming as a 100..240 V AC input version and comes with US UK EU AU plug modules.
I'm convinced Netgear Customer Service is able to offer replacement power supplies.
Ebay, Amazon and free vendors are offering original as well as genuine Netgear power supplies - watch your step and double check voltage and plugs.
Certainly also workable are the universal 19V, 60W notebook power supplies coming with a bunch of DC adapters. Operating a R9000 here on such a unit for a very long time - because of the original US power supply was 100..120 V only.
Wonder where the community fellows are which are claiming that one can operate these 100..120V spec'ed power supplies on 200...240V AC 8-)

Netgear has set up a community forum specifically for the Orbi with Voice products. Most of the people who watch that forum are more likely to have experience with Orbi AX and know how to work it better than those of us who follow this "general Orbi" forum. Might be more likely to find someone who has a solution if the question is posted there:

There is nothing special about Netgear's adapters. They are standard transformers. That is why this question comes up here regularly.
Search - NETGEAR Communities – adapter
There you will find things like this:
Solved: Re: Orbi Voice Power Adapter - NETGEAR Communities
Visit the usual on-line places where they sell stuff. Search for "19 volt mains adapter". Look for the right specifications. Some even claim compatibility with Netgear devices.
One thing to look out for with 19 volt devices is the market for laptop adapters. Many of those use 19 volts. You can even get them with a set of tips, and switchable polarity, to work with any device you throw at them.
In my case, I have used US style 120V adapters from Netgear that happily work on 240V. Not one has gone bang. But who knows what changes Netgear makes during production?
