What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
If all other devices and app servies work, then this maybe a DIsney issue. Orbi would block something unless you configured something.
Especially if you had Disney + before working on Orbi before it expired...
Be sure Armor and or Cicle are not enabled on the RBR.
