I tried to purchase the plan by putting in the serial # of both the router and the satellite but got a message that the products weren't supported when I clicked on purchase. Unfortunately this was a measure of last resort, my experience with their "regular" support has been horrible, my case has been open for almost a month now and I haven't found a way to talk to the 2nd level support directly. I don't know what's causing the constant connection drops, I can't find anything in the standard logs and have also run packet captures from the Debug page and gone through the logs generated that way and haven't found anything.

I've had the system for a year now and the system worked beautifully until just about a month ago when everyone started the quarantine. Initially the issues were DNS related, probably caused by Circle. That changed once I got the replacement units, since then the issue is just the connection dropping altogether multiple times a day.
