Netgear Servers Down?
Launched the Orbi app to access parental controls.
Took about 6 times to finally log in.
Parental Controls are missing (I do have an active subscription).
Armor says it's active (trial period has already passed a while back).
Went to the support site to log a ticket and can't log in.
My guess is the Netgear authentication servers are down so my app can't check if I have an active subscription.
Any ideas?

It seems that some of their services are down at the moment. https://status.netgear.com/
