I recommend a power OFF the the RBR and RBS for 1 minute then back ON with the RBR first then RBS.
Should be fully synced after this.
Glad you got it working. Please mark your thread as solved so others will know. Be sure to save off a back up configuration to file for safe keeping. Saves time if a reset is needed.

If you have prior versions of FW files on hand then you'll have something to fall back on.
If you follow the suggestions seen in the first post, you'll be fine.
Update the RBS first then RBR lastly.
Recommended to use a ethernet connected PC to the RBR.
Use the RBS web pages to send the FW file.
I recommend after the RBS and RBR have completed the FW update, power everything OFF for 1 minute then back on with the RBR first then RBS. Then observe.

Hi all,
It has been a while. My RBK50 (one RBR50, two RBS50) on ver. 2.7.4.24 has been working fine for many months.
My satellites dropped off yesterday. I had to power-cycle them to get them back on the network.
Checking (via the web interface), I find that ver. 2.7.5.4 has been out for 8 months!
However, the web interface shows "No new firmware version available". I know it sometimes take a while for the updates to show up on the servers.. but 8 months!?
I typically use Chrome, but also have Edge. My Firefox has tons of add-ons like ad and script blockers, so I try to avoid using it for things like this.
Should I manually download and update my RBS's and then RBR? Any gotcha's with this firmware of update process that I should be aware of?

Yes, manually RBS first, then RBR lastly.

TLDR:
I'm having problems: My satellites have disconnected and won't reconnect. My router updated itself to 2.7.5.4 a few days back without my knowledge or involvement. Probably March 1.
That's when both my satellites disconnected and won't reconnect despite cold boot of the satellites, resync atempts by pressing the buttons or through the web interface. I even removed a satellite from the system and brought it into the same room as the router.. No dice. It tries, I get the solid magenta ring LED on the satellite.. sometimes it gets an amber ring for a few seconds.. then a solid magenta.I don't know if the satellites updated or not, as they are never accessible.
Questions:
Any advice on how to proceed? Are my satellites bricked?
PS: My devices all over the house disconnected. It takes a long time for them to reconnect for the first time, even when supplied with correct password. After that, they connect fine. They are all connected to the router now.

Follow-up:
I reset the satellite using the reset button at the back.
On resync attempt (using the buttons).the satellite ring light becomes solid blue (😀) but refreshing the "connected devices" on the router web interface shows no connected satellites (😡). After 30 seconds of this, the satellite ring light turns solid magenta.
So, it is trying something and failing. I am loath to reset my functioning router, in case I lose my whole home network..
