Just updated my Orbi to 2.3.5.30. Seems stable so far. I see few "ads" for the Orbi app and links for app download in the web GUI. Otherwise I could not see much more new things. I'm keeping to loo...

ok just bought new one. updated via app. everything is fine. but lost internet connection after 20min. tried everything still the issue prisist. the only solution right now is to turn the router off and on again. any fix

alghawi When this happens, does the Router's top LED turn magenta? Also can you please check the ISP Lease time in the web GUI under >> ADVANCED >> ADVANCED Home >> CONNECTION STATUS >> and check the displayed Lease Obtained and Lease Expires values when this issue happens

This may not be relevant, but I had a mysterious experience with Spectrum cable this week. I noticed web pages not loading and looked over at the Spectrum modem. The "Online" LED was white instead of blue. My phone switches from WiFi to LTE and a web search turned up an outage in several nearby cities (including mine).
The goofy part is that the Orbi ring never showed anything. No magenta. No flashing. Nothing! My hypotheses is that (a) the Orbi had an IP address already from the modem, and (b) the ethernet connection between the two was still up, so the Orbi was "just waiting." (for about an hour as it turned out).
I have no solution for your problem, except that we cannot count on the Orbi to "turn red" when something is wrong with the internet connection.

Updated trough the web inteface today and everything went fine.
I also got an update to my ad on satelite (RBW30) to version V2.3.5.6
Everything is showing backhaul status "good" and no problems what so ever to report.
