New Firmware RBR40

Please try a factory reset and setup from scratch with the RBR and RBS.
Power OFF the ISP Modem for 30 seconds then back on. Walk thru the setup wizard on the RBR with a wired PC.
Try enabling Beamforming and MIMO(MIMO may or maynot be needed) and WMM. Under Advanced Tab/Advanced Settings/Wireless Setting
Uninstall the Orbi app from your devices then re-install and log back in.
