new internet service
hello, i just switched internet providers, and was wondering do i need to factory reset my orbi. not sure if it matters, but we went from dsl to cable. im not using the service providers cable mode...

Be sure to power OFF the modem and RBR for 30 seconds or longer. Power ON the modem first and let it sync. Power ON the RBR and let it come to ready. Check the RBRs web page in a web browser for status. Also the top ring LED should turn OFF if it connects correctly to the modem:
