New Orbi - Genie Remote Access Not Working

Question

Installed up the Nighthawk Router. &nbsp;Installed the Genie App. &nbsp; Nighthawk was discoverable. &nbsp;Entered in the admin and password to the router. &nbsp;All good to this stage. &nbsp; Clicked Remote Access and get an error "Does not support Remote Access". &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Uninstalled app from the phone. &nbsp;Rebooted phone and router. &nbsp;Tried again, same message. &nbsp;&nbsp;Is this feature really not supported? &nbsp;If not, what are my options? &nbsp;It's not a dedicated IP, so don't really want to do the port forwarding route. &nbsp; Thoughts?&nbsp;

Hi Darren,I've followed those steps but still getting&nbsp;Incorrect request format, try again.what else do I try?Scott
