New Orbi - Genie Remote Access Not Working
Installed up the Nighthawk Router. Installed the Genie App. Nighthawk was discoverable. Entered in the admin and password to the router. All good to this stage. Clicked Remote Access and get an error "Does not support Remote Access".
Uninstalled app from the phone. Rebooted phone and router. Tried again, same message.
Is this feature really not supported? If not, what are my options? It's not a dedicated IP, so don't really want to do the port forwarding route. Thoughts?

Hi Darren,
I've followed those steps but still getting Incorrect request format, try again.
what else do I try?
