New Orbi AC 2200 Satelllite Slow

I have Xfinity 400mbps service and just purchased the Orbi mesh system to get wifi in my garage.  My speed near the modem/router combo is at about 100mbps, and out in the garage using a satellite at ...

Thanks so much for your help.  I'll try your suggestions. In the meantime, my home is 1300 sq.ft.  Older construction with plaster walls.  We have 7 nearby neighbors with wifi.
