What FW is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the ISP modem the NG router is connected too?
Is the Orbi system operating in Router or AP mode?
Are these speed results wired or wireless?
What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router and satellite(s)? 30 feet is recommended in between them to begin with depending upon building materials.
What channels are you using? Auto? Try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and any unused channel on 5Ghz.
Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?
What WPA security modes are you using?
Try enabling Beamforming and MIMO.
Try disabling the following and see:
Daisy Chain, Fast Roaming, IPv6 and Set 20/40Mhz Coexistence to 40Mhz only. Save settings and reboot the router and satellite(s).

Firmware is the latest one. I checked for new several times. V2.2.1.210
My modem is a Surfboard SB6183, Arris.
No idea if in router or AP mode. How can I tell? I never was asked this.
House is 3400sf. Signal isn't an issue right now. Upload speed is.
I would say the Satelittle is about 30 feet away, upstairs (Modem is downstairs).
WPA is "WPA2-PSK [AES]"
Not sure what you mean or where for "

It's in Router mode.

Router or AP mode can be found under Advanced Tab/Advanced Settings/Router or AP mode menu. Yours is probably router mode as it's default out of the box.
Look under Advanced Tab/Advanced Settings/Wireless settings for those advanced features.
Be sure to test wired LAN cable speeds with a PC or latop first, then test wireless.

Ok so wired speeds are good.
What device are you using to test wireless?
Try all available wireless devices to check speeds.
Ensure Beamforming is also enabled.
