New Orbi RBR50/RBS50 Firmware Version 2.3.1.44
Netgear is pushing out yet another a new Orbi firmware update.
Hopefully it's better than the last version v32.
Please share your experience.

Yeah I checked both, I mainly use the web gui. And the main reason I know it is accurate is because they show on 2.4Ghz with low signal which before they we're on 5Ghz with full signal.
Stupid question... but I will ask anyway. Have you powered Orbi totally off for 30 seconds and cranked it back up? (Including satellites)
- Yup several times. I even power cycle my cameras and they just go back to the main RBR50 everytime. Wonder if I can remove the satellite and re adding it will do anything ?
Was the FW updated thru the autoupdate? If so, try a factory reset and setup from scratch on both RBR and RBS.

Wonder if I can remove the satellite and re adding it will do anything ?Got Frustrated with Verizon's recent firmware update to their Quantum router bringing up certificate errors for login and decided to take the plunge and release the DHCP lease on the Verizon router and move the Ethernet connection directly to the Orbi. ** You have to put the Orbi in Router mode first or you will kind of get stuck and have to start the process over. Otherwise, it just works.
No issues so far. 2.3.1.44 is the first release I have tried the Router mode versus AP I had been using. Performance/signal strength/speed has actually improved a bit in my limited testing.
