I just did my 3rd or 4th reboot of my Orbi router since yesterday due to losing my connection to the internet (ISP). I thought this was happening as a result of updating my firmware to .32. I then discovered that my router and satellites had been updated to .44. Have anyone been having issues with losing their internet connection (ISP)? I use Fios and my router is connected directly to the gateway.

I noticed that after .44 my RBR50 reboots several time a day. At times, my 2 satellites do not reconnect. So, it could be that your symptom of "loosing Internet" comes from the rebooting. Keep a close eye. Nothing has worked for me so far. Good Luck

What is the Mfr and model# of the ISP modem the NG router is connected too?
Is the Orbi system operating in Router or AP mode?has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since v44 was applied?
Did you update to v44 via the auto update feature or manually download and install the files?
What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router and satellite(s)? 30 feet is recommended in between them to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected. What channels are you using? Auto? Try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and any unused channel on 5Ghz.
Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?
What WPA security modes are you using?Try enabling Beamforming and MIMO and WMM. Under Advanced Tab/Advanced Settings/Wireless Settings
Try disabling the following and see:
Daisy Chain, Fast Roaming, IPv6 and Set 20/40Mhz Coexistence to 40Mhz only. Save settings and reboot the router and satellite(s).I saw 7+ days of up time with out any problems with the system I have. I'm now running in AP mode.
