New RBS20 satellite won't power on after initial setup

I recently bought an RBS20 satellite to go with my Orbi RBK50 system. It was easy to set up and it worked great for about 20 minutes. Then it powered off. I've not been able to get it back on since.  If I push the power button the power light flashes amber and then nothing. If I hold the power button in the button will flash amber then turn green and the top ring pulses white but only while I'm holding it in. If I let go of the button it turns back off. Doesn't matter how long I hold it in. Let go and it powers off.  Is my unit defective or is this an easy fix?
