What Firmware version is currently loaded?
So your adding a 3rd RBS? If so, then this RBS maybe out of FW sync with what you already have and needs updating to same version of FW thats on the RBR and RBS you already have in place...

Yes it's a 3rd satellite, can you guide me on how to add Update FW without getting connected?

This a RBS50? If so,
What you need to do is factory reset the RBS. Wire connect a PC to the 1st satellite. Already have the most current FW version files downloaded on to this PC. I believe you'll need v74 first, then you should be able to apply the same version thats on your RBR and RBS.
Wire connect 1 PC to the back of the RBS. Factory reset the RBS, wait about 5 minutes. The PC will get a IP address from the satellite. The RBS will be 192.168.1.250. Use this IP address in a web browser to log in to the satellites web page. Log in as admin and password. Use the satellites web page FW update feature to select the FW update files that was unpacked from the .zip file. Then factory reset and then re-sync the satellites to the RBR.

Thanks
I have been trying this method since yesterday
first attempt was good I was lucky to enter the FW update page, the moment I loaded the file it shows connecting then failed
Since then I am getting error after entering admin and password
Error is
" safrai cannot open page 192.168.1.250 because the server where this page is located isn't responding "
I did factory reset twice
tried with chrome, explorer and safari

Id return the RBS and get another...
You can try this if you have a Windows PC:
https://kb.netgear.com/000059634/How-to-upload-firmware-to-a-NETGEAR-router-using-Windows-TFTP
Need to press the reset button for 30 seconds then release, then it send to PUT the command and upload the FW.
I had a problem on a Windows 10 PC where this didn't work to use TFTP, so I switched to a WIndows 7 PC and the TFTP worked.
