No internet connection for Samsung TV

Are the Samsung and the Apple TV connecting to the satellite or the main router?  Are these devices using 2.4 ghz or 5 ghz?  (The attached devices list in the router UI will tell both of these things).

While you are there, check that the quality of the backhaul is "good".   You might also try running a speedtest through the satellite - the best way to do that is to connect a laptop to it using ethernet.  

What is the Mfr and model# of the IP modem the Orbi is connected too?
