No Internet connection from one RBS50

What Firmware version is currently loaded on the RBR and RBS?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router and satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR and RBS to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected.

--- TWO RBS50 sateltes connected with RBR50 by the same configuration go through Netgear GS316 switch.

Is the Orib in router or AP mode?
Is this GS316 switch before the RBR or after the RBR? Has this been factory reset or powered OFF then back ON?

----The internet Service Provider is China Telecom, neec check the detail when I'm at home.
Is the Orib in router or AP mode?

Is this GS316 switch before the RBR or after the RBR? Has this been factory reset or powered OFF then back ON?
------After RBR, I don't try to reset the GS316 due I try to wired the RBR50 and RBS50 directly for the synchronization.
Does the RBS sync correctly when directly connected to the RBR?
