No internet connection on orbi lbr20

Hello. I am from finland and i bought a orbi lte 4g router(model lbr20). I am having broblems with the internet connection. The device regonaises my simcard but is not able to connect to the lte network. I have tried putting in the APN manually and other stuff. Still not working. If you know what this is about please tell me.

    Kindly provide LBR20 firmware version.

    Who is your Internet provider? 

    Please contact your Internet provider support and ensure that your on the correct plan and verify as well the APN information.

     

    Can you please send me a private message with the device serial number?
