No internet connection only in part of the house

I have the Orbi and router system and it’s is not connecting to the internet downstairs. I have WiFi access upstairs but it won’t let anything connect to the WiFi downstairs

What is the setup of your orbi satellites in your home? Do you get signal downstairs just no internet connection?

I was able to fix the problem. But yes I was able to get the signal downstairs but it kept telling me there was no internet connection.

  I had to do a hard reset on the router and the satellite and then had to do a new set up through the orbi app since I was not able to connect to the internet even though the signal came through.
