'No internet connection' while trying o set up orbi mesh wifi
I currently had an xfinity modem/wifi router. I had it removed from service and had them add he new netgear Nighthawk CM1200 modem that i purchased to my service. Comcast sent a signal to the nettgea...
Is it a new Orbi install? or were you using it before with the xfinity modem?
Try resetting the Orbi router (using the steps here https://kb.netgear.com/31486/How-do-I-reset-my-Orbi-system-to-factory-default-settings ) and proceeding from scratch.
