No internet connection with C6220
Hi all, My ISP (COX) found they can send a signal to my modem, I can reset my modem from COX app, I can connect to my wifi but it just doesn't work, always no internet connection. Anyone has idea...

Problem solved. It turns out nothing wrong with my modem and router, maybe cox didn't register my modem in a right way. I called them to reset my modem on their end then problem solved.

Do you have a screen snip of the cable connections page (shows upstream/downstream connections) and the event logs from the modem?

I'd like to do that. But I just found I'm not able to join the wifi after rebooting for like 2 times. It seems now I have another problem to solve.
