No internet connection

Question

Hi Team,I have just purchased the above Tri-band Mesh WiFi 6 System which includes 1 Router and 2 Satellites and I am trying to connect this to a Spark Huawei HG659b modem (New Zealand), I have downloaded the Orbi app and followed the steps multipal times to the point of frustration of returning this product. Everytime I get the same error that there is no internet connection.when I plug in my old router it seems to work.&nbsp;Could anyone help me to setup or let me know what has to change to get internet to the Orbi router?&nbsp;thanks&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;

that Huawei is a modem/rotuer combo. It causes a double nat.&nbsp;
A double nat happens when you cascade more than 1 router. https://kb.netgear.com/30186/What-is-Double-NATFixes? There’s 3 options but only use 1. 1. Put the modem/gateway in modem only/pass through mode. This disables its routing functions. 2. Leave the modem/gateway in router mode but put the Netgears IP address into its DMZ. This forwards the data to the netgear. You can either leave the modem/gateway’s wireless enabled or disabled. Just make sure its using a different wifi channel to prevent interference3. Put the Netgear into access point mode. This disables its routing functions. Thanks for your reply but I went back to the place that I purchased it from and they set it up for me and now its working good as gold.
