No internet detected with fibre

Thanks for the tips, sadly no luck. Tried a few times and every time it won't accept the internet unless it's coming through the old nettcomm router. I tried switching the LAN port out of the fibre modem, but interestingly both routers only recieve internet if coming from the LAN port 1 of modem. I tried using the MAC address of my nettcomm router for my orbi but still no luck. So I am still stuck with both routers plugged in and orbi recieving internet through LAN port of old router. Any further idea guys? Tech support have been no use and impossible to get through to and my service providers Trustpower don't even seem to know what I'm talking about.
