No internet issues between rbr50 and satalite rbs50 following firmware upgrade v2.7.4.24

Hi 

The isp  provider is virgin media and I have Orbi router RBR50 connected to Virgin media Super Hub 3. The VM SH3 is in modem mode. The satellite is RBS50 which is part of the RBK50 (router and 1 satellite) system. I have applied FM 2.7.4.24 manually as system not picking it up automatically. Applied FM to satellite first and then to router using the two separate downloads provided by netgear (one for router and another for satellite).

I have also reset configuration settings to factory. I managed to synch the satellite to router when near each other but when moving to another room ie downstairs it seems to lose connection. Checking on the connected devices on router i can see the satellite is there but there is a message auto sync under status. I also tried to sync the satellite to router as i said before managed to get good status but later the status changed to config sync.

The satellite and router were working properly but started seeing issues around the time netgear sent me email alert on the firmware change
