Can you provide some additional information:- What is the current firmware? Specifically, is it version 2.7.3.22?
- If this is the current firmware, can you determine when it was updated?
One method could be to open the debug page (http://orbilogin.net/debug.htm and check the entry System Uptime.
(My Orbi, for example, says it has been running for 120 days.) If your Orbi router reports being "up" for three days that means that the problem started when the router rebooted.
Of course, if you have been restarting the Orbi while attempting to make it work, this information has been lost.

Ordinarily (in the past) the most common recommendation when new firmware messes up an Orbi system is, "Go back to the previous firmware until whatever is wrong with this version is fixed." Alas, it appears that v2.7.3.22 will promptly re-update it self, sometimes within minutes.
There also used to be parameters users could examine using telnet into the router, but v2.7.3.22 removed the telnet option.
I am at a loss for a suggestion except:
- Save a copy of the configuration (Advanced Tab, Administration menu), do a Factory Reset on everything, then reload the saved configuration.
- If that fails, do another Factory Reset and configure it all from scratch again.
- If this doesn't work, and the system is within the one-year warranty, contact a forum moderator to get a warranty replacement.
At the very least this will annoy Netgear and may raise the visibility of the problem. - Consider replacing stock Netgear firmware with Voxel's third-party version, which appears (a) to be more efficient, (b) to offer additional features, and (c) to be very stable. http://www.voxel-firmware.com/Downloads/Voxel/html/orbi.html
There is no warranty on this firmware, but then you may have no warranty anyway. - Hack the Orbi router to prevent it from "re-updating" itself to v2.7.3.22.
