I will try the Wi-Fi experiment however one thing I forgot to clarify, The satellite is connecting to the main router with CAT5e (old, I know) and another there is another connection from this satellite to a PC that actually works just fine. The issue it is having seems to be wireless only.

Cat 5e is rated to support gigabit up to 90 meters (about 290 ft.) plus short connecting cables on each end. Unless this house is really big, you are probably just fine with Cat 5e.
Since the wired PC is working fine, the satellite obviously has internet. I put this down to a flaw in the Firmware Update code. Since the RBR40 product is officially "End of Service", there will not be any further firmware updates.
As long as you are happy with the network, there is certainly no urgency in seeking a replacement. The newer electronics, cell phones, tablets, laptops, etc. now support WiFi6 (and a few now support WiFi6E or WiFi7) Installing a new WiFi system would help those few devices get higher performance, but will do absolutely zero for existing WiFi or wired devices.
