Any other wifi neighbors near by? if so, how many?
Any other wifi devices near by?
What channels are you using? Try manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz. Any unused channel on 5Ghz.
Set WPA2 and AES only.
Enable Beamforming and disable MIMO, Daisy Chain and Fast Roaming and IPv6.
What is the distance between the router and satellite? Ft?
Since the FW was probably updated, try a factory reset on the entire system then set up from scratch using the above suggestions.

I'll answer each in-line:
Any other wifi neighbors near by? if so, how many? - No. I live on a 2 acre lot and and pick up no other signals.
Any other wifi devices near by? - No
What channels are you using? Try manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz. Any unused channel on 5Ghz. - 2.4ghz set to Automatic and 5ghz set to 48. I'll try the manual channels and follow-up
Set WPA2 and AES only. - That's what I have set.
Enable Beamforming and disable MIMO, Daisy Chain and Fast Roaming and IPv6. - Had already tried all of that based on a search of the support forum and it made no difference.
What is the distance between the router and satellite? Ft? - 30 ft and the other is about 30 ft from the Satellite when Daisy Chained. When Daisy Chain is disabled each is 30 feet from Orbi. All in open areas w/o obstructions.
Since the FW was probably updated, try a factory reset on the entire system then set up from scratch using the above suggestions.- I found this recommendation on another thread and I tried with all, except for setting manual channel, and it made no difference.

I would contact NG support. Might ask for an RMA.

This is my second unit with the same problem. I'm within the window to return it to Amazon as defective, but really hoped I could figure out the problem.
