No Internet

I have the Orbi connected to a CenturyLink modem/router.  I can use the internet via the the CenturyLink modem but not through the Orbi.  I have tried using ethernet via the Orbi and that didnt work.  So I cant log into the admin page for the Orbi.  I have had the Orbis for a few months now and things had been going well until today.  Any suggestions?

    Was it working before an just stopped working or did you just hook it up and can not get it working?

      It was working. I ended up having to do a hard reset and now it's working again.
