no signal on lan ports

Hello, I configured RBR50 first in router mode and later as wireless accespoint. In both configuration I got no signal on the Lan ports. Wifi is working well but the Lan ethernet ports don't work. Has somebody a solution?

Unlike typical PC's and ethernet switches which have tiny LED's that indicate connection and traffic, the Orbi  LAN ports have no indicators. And, unlike Netgear Nighthawk routers, there are no LED indicators on the case showing ethernet traffic.

What device(s) are being connected to the LAN ports?

Have you tried a different ethernet cable?

What specifically is the indication that there is "no signal"?

The router is connected to netgear lan switch. I don't see any signal on the devices witch are connected to the switch (ps4, apple tv) and on the other lan channel their is netgear switch with two Imacs. On all the systems their is no signal. I connected my macbook straight to one port and their was no signal.

Just to validate potentially broken Ethernet ports on the Orbi: Most Netgear switches do have link and activity LED - which does indicate a link between the connected device/router and the switch. I would assume there is no LED indication on the links connecting the switches to the Orbi - correct?
