no signal on lan ports
Hello, I configured RBR50 first in router mode and later as wireless accespoint. In both configuration I got no signal on the Lan ports. Wifi is working well but the Lan ethernet ports don't work. Ha...

The router is connected to netgear lan switch. I don't see any signal on the devices witch are connected to the switch (ps4, apple tv) and on the other lan channel their is netgear switch with two Imacs.
Just to validate potentially broken Ethernet ports on the Orbi: Most Netgear switches do have link and activity LED - which does indicate a link between the connected device/router and the switch. I would assume there is no LED indication on the links connecting the switches to the Orbi - correct?

Thanks for providing this. It appears (to me) that we have been discussing the wrong issue. i.e. are the LAN ports working or not? That is why we keep asking about LED's and the port statistics web page (RST_statistics.htm). The iMac is saying there IS a connection to the network because it says that ethernet is "active" (actief) and has received an IP address (192.168.1.20).
The question then is, "Devices connected by WiFi have internet access, but devices connected through the LAN ports do not, and why is that?"
Is the Orbi currently in "router" or "Access Point" mode?
Would it be possible to provide a diagram of how everything is connected, including the internet modem?
