What firmware is the orbi voice on?
have you tried moving it further away or laterally? sometimes hvac or foil lined backing in floors can cause issues.
Have you tried it with daisy chaining enabled/disabled?

The firmware of the voice is v2.5.1.2.
The firmware of the router and satellite is v2.5.1.16. I have tried to switch the satellite and te voice from places. The satellite is working fine but the voice is falling away.
I have tried the daisy chaining enabled and disabled.

have you tried it hardwired in?
mabye you're having a hardware failure. Not sure how old it is but you could check with support if you're still within warranty.

Hi Plemans,
What do you mean by hardwire? connected with cable?
Yes i have tried that but can't see that in the app. And the connection is not stable. after rebooting the whole system i can use the connection for a few hours and than must reboot the whole system again.
I bought the RBK50 in oct 19 and the voice in april 20
