Nothing connects to RBS50

Recently I updated both my devices to the newest Firmware 1.9.1.12 I have 1 RBR50 and 1 RBS50 now that everything is updated nothing connects to the RBS50 even if they are right next to it it all con...

Try to factory reset the satellite and re sync it to the router.

That worked I called Netgear tech support and I was told to keep moving the satellite closer till items connect but why I paid for this set up so I can use one in my garage
