NOTICE: Orbi app Notification Message Quest Wifi Test Deep Link

Users are seeing new odd messages coming from the mobile app. 

We've passed this on to NG for review.

  • OK, it's fixed.  Connected to Modem.  Followed the "new setup" instructions in the app, and it booted up fine.  I swear I did that no fewer than 3 times yesterday, but today it's working.  Thanks for the repsonses.

    Multiple Push Notifications

    Earlier today, Orbi App users were sent multiple push notifications about guest WiFi. If you received one of these notifications, you can safely ignore it. The notifications were sent accidentally during an internal test. We apologize for any inconvenience.

     

    This issue is resolved and now closed.
