FW = Firmware
Is there a model# on this ISP modem?
Possible this modem already has a built in router and WiFi which the Orbi does as well.
Couple of options,
1. Configure the modem for transparent bridge mode. Then use the Orbi router in router mode. You'll need to contact the ISP for help and information in regards to the modem being bridged correctly.
2. If you can't bridge the modem, disable ALL wifi radios on the modem, configure the modems DMZ for the IP address the Orbi router gets from the modem. Then you can use the Orbi router in Router mode.
3. Or disable all wifi radios on the modem leaving it in router mode and connect the Orbi router to the modem, configure AP mode on the Orbi router. https://kb.netgear.com/31218/How-do-I-configure-my-Orbi-router-to-act-as-an-access-point and https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H7LOcJ8GdDo&app=desktop

this might help, when i try to log onto the orbi site you told me, it says Im not connected to the orbi wifi network .. Not sure if that helps know how im using it. So i think i need to bridge the two somehow.. Im going to try and log into my modem and see if I can do that or turn that option off on the modem.
thanks. Ill let you know the results

You might ask for help from your ISP if you need. Yes, bridging the modem would be preferred. If not, you can see about option #2.
The modem and Orbi are causing a double nat condition which is not recommended.
Hope one of the options works for you.
