Old Man Trying To Re-Connect My Orbi After Changing From AT&T To Xfinity
My Orbi and it's two satellites have not worked since I changed from AT&T to Xfinity. I've followed all of the suggestions on re-connecting that I have found. I get as far as the reconnection screen....

We Old Men have to stick together. Did you install the Orbi, or did someone do it for you?
How do you manage the Orbi system? (using a web browser, or one of the Orbi "apps"?)
Had you done a lot of work to "customize" the Orbi network? (such as assigning network addresses to specific devices)
Did the Xfinity tech verify that the new connection was working before he rode into the sunset? (and never even offered to hook up your Orbi)
