Do you manage the Orbi using the web interface or the Orbi "app"?
On the phones that say, "internet may not be available", when you look at the phone WiFi settings, does the phone have an IP address?
(Phones have various ways to show this. On my Android, I go to Settings, System, About Phone, and toward the bottom it has things like the WiFi MAC address and the IP address.)
