Only 2 of 4 satellites appear on network map.

I started with 2 satellites, and over time added 2 more. (RBS50v2) The network map in the app shows only 2 satellites, and I am not sure the other 2 are connected, based on the fact that there is no noticeable improvement in performance at the more remote locations. Router firmware version 2.5.2.4. I would prefer to avoid a factory reset if a more simple solution is available.

    dump the app and check the orbi login using a real PC

    Be sure FW is same version thats on the RBR.

     

    Also there is more recent FW as well that you can manually update too:
