Only getting 1Mb download off of Satellite

On one of my satellites, I'm only getting < 1Mb on my ipad and iphone per Ookla Speedtest.  Of course, the Orbi app shows the max throughput on the service - i.e. 200Down/ 35 Up. 

Router status page shows sat is connected, though backhaul channel is poor.  I've reset the sat a couple of times.

Any ideas??
