Only the RBK43 Model powers up.

Hi.
I purchased a Netgear product as a renewed product from Amazon.
I used about 6 months.

I reboot my router from time to time.
I logged in to the website (192.168.1.1).
The router has rebooted and there is no internet connection.
(ssid also not found)

Pressing the Reset key does not work.

If there is a way to force the router back to normal, please help.

    If sticking the end of a paperclip into that tiny "Reset" hold next to the power plug and holding it in until the power LED turns amber and then begins to blink does not work, this is bad.  I sometimes have to hold it in for 15-20 seconds.  And, one forum member recommended turning off the power, while still holding the paperclip in, then turning the power back on, while still holding the paperclip.

     

    Does the power LED at lead glow GREEN?
