Option is not there to hide SSID

I have the latest RBK852 Tri-Band Mesh WiFi 6 System. After spending over 30 minutes being transferred around customer support agents, the answer is "this unit does not have that feature yet." I was then directed to post here so the social media team would see this, and hopefully add this feature (that I understand is available on virtually all other Netgear routers, and has been on every router I have purchased over the last 20 years). After 30 minutes I was asked to buy and extended warranty, and when I said no, the agent continued to press. I finally just ended the chat.

 

I do not go to Community Boards, so I will not be back to read any replies. I just hope that someone at Netgear reads this, and will correct this obvious oversight with a new firmware update.
