Can I assign my own names to each band so that each band will have its own name that I assigned?

Not by design on the Orbi. It uses "mesh" technology that uses the same SSID for 2.4Ghz and 5 GHz.

There may be ways of breaking the rules, but that would seem to be a pointless exercise . If that feature is essential look for something else.
