orbi - can't manage router on orbilogin.net or via app

I have no idea what's happened, but cannot login to the router; after resetting the router, the orbi app doensn't acknowledge that i'm logged into the orbi router.

    Use a wired PC connected to the router with a web browser like IE11, FF or Opera?
