Orbi + Router 2 networks

In the first floor, I have a modem Router (192.168.6.1.) supplied from the ISP, there are connected a pc and a Nas.

Some other device is porbably using 12.168.6.2. Log into your ISP router and set a DHCP address reservation for Orbi, and use 192.168.6.2.
But, why are you running two networks like that? None of the devices on ISP router will have access to the Orbi LAN.
Unless you have a good reason to operate like that, you should either set Orbi to access point mode, or set the ISP router to bridged mode (if supported.)
