Orbi 20 Wifi not working when PC wired to router is off or asleep

It seems that the wifi stops on the Orbi 20  working when the PC hard wired to the router is off or asleep. If you turn the PC on or wake it, the wifi starts working again

 

Any thoughts anyone

    Disable any power management features on the wifi and lan adapter on this pc.

    Disable the wifi adapter under networking settings while using the wired connection. Re-enable it when the wifi adapter is needed.
