Have you tried disabling beamforming? That worked well for me with my smart devices/hubs. No problem since I disabled that feature on my Orbi on the latest firmware.

just turn it off and got some devices up and running

Still have issues with others will keep trying

Harmony Hubs are still hit and miss some times they log in ok, but other times there  is a great delay and connet to the cloud in place of my network. (they worked fine with the Giant Asus router,but did not cover my house, hence Orbi)
