Orbi 3000 is connected and wont stream Netflix but everything works

My Orbi 3000 is connected but wont stream Netflix on my Hisense television but it streams You Tube, can someone let me know what the problem is, thanks

    1. How is your TV attached to Orbi, wired or wireless?
    2. If wireless, then in the Orbi app, can you please check the radio link quality and link rate as reported by the TV to Orbi. You can see this information in Attached Devices in the Orbi app or the Genie app.

      What Firmware is currently loaded?
      What is the Mfr and model# of the ISP modem the NG router is connected too?
      Is the Orbi system operating in Router or AP mode?
